The student has finished the seventh work in the course, “Flower Frame”. A lot of beautiful and tiny, lovely flowers have been completed (^^)
(You can see how small it is when lined up with a pen)
This work is very difficult and takes time to make many flowers. However, the skills have definitely improved during making one by one and I’m sure students felt even more happy and satisfied when it’s completed. And the process of turning the flowers into bouquets and wreaths is a lot of fun.
I think this is a great piece of work for her. Where will the beautiful flower frame be displayed? Your room will become brighter and nicer!
It is a very happy moment not only for the students, but also for me, as the work was completed.

It was the first time for everyone to participate, but all did very well ! They were all friendly and cheerful people, and we enjoyed the workshop both making and chatting.
Dango, dorayaki, daifuku, rice crackers...
A wonderful piece of works have completed. The finished products are cute and well made, aren’t they?
I'm glad that participants enjoyed the process of making it and were satisfied with the finished work.

Today, the 6th grade children came to make small sweets.
The girl who participated in “wagashi” workshop with mother a few weeks ago, and girls who participated in the workshop at the Japan Festival joined again.
Everyone is interested in miniature clay and made it very well.
And they finished making it much earlier than the scheduled end time of the lesson time. wonderful !
I am glad that they enjoyed this time as well.

Children who came to the miniature clay workshop a few weeks ago wanted to make something else during the summer holiday!
And today they came to make “western sweets”.
It was a short version, which can be done in just over an hour, include ice creams, fruit tart and cookies and lollipop, and finished them on keychains or figurines.
It was a bit difficult for the little girls to roll up the lollipop candy, but they concentrated to do.
And very cute ones completed.
I hope they enjoyed today’s workshop too.
They concentrated on making that looked delicious, so they felt hungry when they finished it... and "Snack time!”
After eating a snack, they gladly took the finished work and went home.

We held a workshop of miniature clay "Japanese sweets (Wagashi)”.
Today, a child and a man also participated. The participants are a good balance of Japanese and local people.
Everyone made very well and quickly. Cute, tiny Japanese sweets were completed one after another.
The 6th grade girl is also very good at making. It seems that she likes to make something... "What one likes, one will do best.”
In this work, in addition to claywork, participants fold tiny origami cranes with 3cm square origami paper. For local people it seemed a little difficult, but they were able to fold it properly.
I hope all of participants enjoyed workshop.
Participants who is repeater (it was the second time for Japanese sweets), who joined my workshop at Japan Festival and came to this workshop , who came from Eindhoven…
