Today, a person who is returning to Japan next month joined this workshop with friend.
They created a windmill and lots of tulips, place the tulips in ready-made wooden shoes, and arrange them as they like. It was difficult to make so many tulips, but as they made some, they got better and better.
They also made cute windmills and it was completed ! Both of them were very happy and said, “ It's so cute! “ I’m glad that they were satisfied (^^)
I would be happy if she displays it with her memorial photo of the Netherlands when she return to Japan.

On February 25th (Sunday), I will hold a workshop on making Japanese Hina dolls.
I wish you a Happy New Year. I will continue to do my best this year to make everyone happy by holding workshops, making and selling craft items..etc.
Today, I held the first lesson of the year at the home of the person who requested the lesson. They tried miniature clay “Japanese sweets” lesson in October, and they applied to make another piece this time.
This time, they chose “Western sweets” that also included Dutch sweets “stroopwafel'' and “poffertje.
While making it, I heard comments such as "It looks delicious" and "It's so cute”! Everyone really concentrated and made cute things one after another. Good job~👏

I held a workshop for miniature clay “Japanese hina dolls”. Three friends applied to join the workshop together.
It was detailed work, but Participants were having fun and sometimes concentrating. They made the kimono(Japanese traditional clothes), the dolls’ heads, a fan, a scepter...and also made lanterns, hishi mochi, and hina arare(Japanese sweet rice cracker).
This is the work that you can make Hina dolls and many other things, and has a high level of satisfaction when completed.
The popular Hina dolls have been completed and a participant said, I can't believe I can make something like this! They were very satisfied. I'm glad they enjoyed this workshop.

The student has finished the seventh work in the course, “Flower Frame”. A lot of beautiful and tiny,lovely flowers have been completed (^^)

This work is very difficult and takes time to make many flowers. However, the skills have definitely improved during making one by one and I’m sure students felt even more happy and satisfied when it’s completed. And the process of turning the flowers into bouquets and wreaths is a lot of fun.
I think this is a great piece of work for her. Where will the beautiful flower frame be displayed? Your room will become brighter and nicer!
It is a very happy moment not only for the students, but also for me, as the work was completed.

I held a one-day miniature clay workshop "Wagashi (Japanese sweets)" in Amsterdam.
Today, four people participated in the workshop.
It was the first time for everyone to participate, but all did very well ! They were all friendly and cheerful people, and we enjoyed the workshop both making and chatting.
Dango, dorayaki, daifuku, rice crackers...
A wonderful piece of works have completed. The finished products are cute and well made, aren’t they?
I'm glad that participants enjoyed the process of making it and were satisfied with the finished work.
