"Japanese sweets" in the morning (previous post), and children workshop “Room Plate" in the afternoon. Mother for the birthday boy requested for him who loves crafts.
When I was selling handmade items on King's Day, children who like crafts and small cute things were very happy to buy and then their mother contacted me.
I thought it would be difficult for children, but they worked hard and finished it well. They are so nice and cute!
What a great that they completed room plates with their own name!
I am very happy they like their room plates.
I presented a small crane of 2 cm square paper to the birthday boy. I'm glad that he also liked it a lot (^^).
Today, three people (Dutch and Mexican) participated in the "Japanese sweets" workshop.
Dutch lady applied for workshop for friend’s birthday present and she came with a friend (mother) and her daughter.
All of them like Japan and know lots of Japanese sweets they made today, and they enjoyed making miniature clay Japanese sweets.
It was detailed handicraft work, but everyone was well made, and it was also wonderful to be able to fold a small crane of 3cm square origami paper properly!
The idea of giving “workshop” as a birthday present is wonderful. She said it would be better to experience something than to give goods as a gift.
She loves Japanese food (both eating and cooking), and she is making dishes, sweets that even Japanese people don't easily make, so I'm really interested in it.
She is also studying Japanese, and was carrying a red school bag (Japanese students use as a school bag that called Randoseru) as a bag. It's interesting that the Ransel originally derived from the Netherlands became popular in Japan, and the Dutch people prefer to use it.
Today, I'm really happy she found my page on Instagram and came here.
