次の日曜日、5月19日(日)に、ライデンのJapan Museumシーボルトハウス主催のJapanmarktにて、和風ハンドメイド品を販売します。

Coloraturaでは、粘土で作ったミニチュアサイズの小物類やアクセサリー、和風の布を使ったお花のアクセサリーなど、手作りの和風小物類を中心にご用意しております。

日常的に使える、キーホルダー、しおり、マグネット、ボックス、飾り物なども多数ございます。

ニューアイテムもありますよ。

こちらのオルゴール、在庫限りの限定品です。

一つ一つ丁寧に心を込めて作りました。
作り終えて、やはり販売するのをやめて大切なお友達へのプレゼントにしようかな…とも考えましたが、ハンドメイド品の可愛いものがお好きな方にお買い求めいただき大切にご使用いただけるのも嬉しいので、今回販売いたします。

On May 19th(Sun), Coloratura will sell Japanese-style handmade items at Japanmarkt, hosted by the Japan Museum Sieboldhuis in Leiden.

Coloratura has a range of Japanese-style handmade small items and accessories made of clay, as well as flower accessories using Japanese fabrics.
There are also many items such as keyrings, bookmarks, magnets, boxes and ornaments for everyday use.

I have also prepared some new items: the music box is a limited edition item with limited stock.

I crafted each one with care.
After I finished making them, I did consider giving them as gifts to my close friends instead of selling. However, I also find joy in offering these handmade items to those who appreciate them so I have decided to sell them. 
If you are interested, please come earlier.

今日は、Gelderlandplein から近いところの、Jumboやいくつかのお店やレストランがあるスクエアで、ローカルの小さなクリスマスマーケットが開催され、そこで出店してきました。

行ってみると、思った以上に小規模で、そのエリアのご近所さんが来るような、そんな雰囲気でした。
出ているお店は数店舗。そして一角ではゲームが行われていたり、クリスマス飾りを作っていたり、途中、子供達が歌を歌っていたりしました。

今回は、他の日本の方々数人とテーブルをシェアして販売しました。
他の方々は、編み物の帽子や折り紙のアクセサリー、墨絵… それに、抹茶の手作りスイーツ、手作りのひよこスイーツ、クリスマスのクッキー…など、私達、日本人のテーブルが一番充実していました。

人出も多くはなく、静かな感じでしたが、一緒に出店した方々とお話したり、自分の住んでいる地域のマーケットに出店できたことは、楽しい経験となりました。

I had a table to sell my handicrafts at a small local Christmas market in the square where Jumbo and several other shops and restaurants are located.

The market was smaller than I expected, there are not many tables.
In one area, there were games and workshop for Christmas decorations, and kids were singing.

Today, I shared a table  with other Japanese people.
The other Japanese sold knitting hats, origami accessories, sumie painting and also handmade matcha sweets, Christmas cookies … etc., so we, the Japanese table, had the most items. 

It was a good chance to talk to the people who sold together and good experience to be able to sell at a market in the area where I live.

今日いらっしゃった生徒さんは、
4年生の可愛い女の子達です😊

この作品は、小さなお雛様とお内裏様、
それにぼんぼり、ひなあられ、菱餅…
と作るものが盛りだくさん。

小学4年生が一人で作り上げられるかなぁ、
とちょっと気がかりでしたが、
そんな心配もよそに、お二人とも
とても集中して、一生懸命制作していました。

そして、こちらが完成しました 。

可愛くできたお雛様を手に、
可愛らしい素敵な笑顔😃。

こちらも嬉しくなります。

大事に飾ってくださいね〜。

 There are many things to make,
such as small dolls, paper lanterns,
rice crackers, and hishimochi.

I was a little worried that 10-year-old girls
would be able to make them
all by themselves,
but regardless of that concern,
both of them were very concentrated
and worked well.

And it is completed ！

A lovely smile with a cute hina doll
in hand.
It makes me happy too.
