アムステルダムのクッキングスタジオで、
ミニチュア粘土の「おにぎり」と「和菓子」
ワークショップを行いました。
ホリデー中のこともあり、
子供達がたくさん参加してくれました。
「おにぎり」のワークショップでは、
おにぎりの他、たくあんと梅干し、
「和菓子」のワークショップでは、
どら焼きとお団子を制作しました。
小さくて難しいながらも、
一生懸命制作されていて、可愛らしく
出来上がりましたよ。

I held miniature clay "Onigiri(rice ball)”
and "Wagashi(Japanese sweets)”
workshops at the Cooking Studio
in Amsterdam.
Since it was during the holiday season,
many children participated.
After the workshop,
they had a good time chatting and
eating these "real" rice balls.
We plan to hold more workshops here
from time to time.
Onigiri are sold by “Miss Onigiri”
every Tuesday from 15:00 to 17:00.
