ジャパンフェスティバルなどでは、用意したマグロやサーモンをスライスしてもらいましたが、今回はネタから全て作りました。
とても小さく、難易度が高いので、少し難しいところもありましたが、皆さん、上手に作られていました。
次回は、軍艦や巻き寿司、お味噌なども作り、仕上げていきます。

Tiny little sushi pieces!
This was the first session of a two-part workshop.
Today, we focused on making nigiri sushi.

At events like the Japan Festival, I had the participants slice the tuna and salmon I prepared, but this time we made everything.
Since the pieces are so small, it was quite a challenging, but everyone did it very well.
In the next session, we’ll be making gunkan (battleship-style sushi), rolled sushi, miso soup, and more to complete the set.
