Yesterday, under the midsummer-like heat, many people came and experienced Coloratura‘s workshops.
Thanks to everyone, this year’s workshops were a huge success!
For the miniature clay workshop, we featured sushi, onigiri (rice balls), and wagashi (Japanese sweets) magnets. Also, the other workshop for making "braided origami bookmarks" was very well received.
Except for the very first session right after the opening, all the other sessions were completely full!
Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by.
I am absolutely delighted to have met people who discovered the workshop on the spot and jumped right in, those who had seen the information in advance and were looking forward to coming, and the repeaters who came back to see me again this year.
Thank you very much to all of you... who participated in the workshops, who were not able to join due to full seats but left warm and encouraging words, who held and organized the wonderful Japan Festival, and friends and acquaintances who came to support us.
Time flies, and it has already been 5 years since I came to the Netherlands. Starting from scratch 5 years ago without knowing left from right, I have challenged myself through various events, markets, and workshops. I feel so blessed with many wonderful encounters, and it is all thanks to your continuous support that I am able to keep going like this.
I will continue to do my best, step by step, to bring you the joy and excitement of handcrafting. Thank you for your continued support.

昨日は真夏のような暑さの中、たくさんの方々にお越しいただき、Coloraturaのワークショップをご体験いただきました。
お陰様で、今年のワークショップも大盛況でした。 ミニチュア粘土ワークショップは、お寿司・おにぎり・和菓子のマグネットをご用意いたしました。また、もう一つの「編み込み折り紙の栞（しおり）」のワークショップも大好評で、スタート直後の初回をのぞき、全ての回で満席となりました。お立ち寄りいただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました！
当日、会場で足を止めて「やってみたい！」と飛び込みで参加してくださった方はもちろん、事前に情報を見て楽しみにしてきてくださった方、そして「今年もまた来ました！」と会いに来てくださったリピーターの方々にもお会いでき、嬉しい限りです。
ワークショップにご参加いただいた方々、 満席でお席をご用意できなかったものの、興味を持って温かいお声をかけてくださった方々、 素晴らしいジャパンフェスティバルを開催・運営してくださった関係者の皆様、 そして、応援に駆けつけてくれた友人や知人達… すべての方々に、心から感謝申し上げます。
早いもので、私がオランダに来てから5年が経ちました。
5年前、右も左もわからないところからスタートし、この地で様々なイベントやマーケット、ワークショップ開催に挑戦し、たくさんの素敵な出会いに恵まれながら、こうして活動を続けられているのも、いつも応援してくださる皆様のおかげです。
これからも、皆様にモノづくりの楽しさやワクワクをお届けできるよう、一歩一歩頑張ってまいります。今後とも、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
